Ashley is a licensed cosmetologist with over 15 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry. Professionally trained in hair and skincare, she spent the early years of her career building a strong foundation in client care, including five years working in skincare customer service where she developed a deep knowledge of ingredients and personalized skin solutions.

Originally from California and later living in Colorado, Ashley and her husband, who is originally from the Black Hills, eventually chose to move back to the area to raise their family. As a mom and business owner, Ashley understands the importance of creating space for self-care in everyday life.

Over time, her passion naturally shifted toward spa services, where she could focus on relaxation, restoration, and meaningful client experiences. Ashley created Sage Beauty & Wellness with the goal of bringing the luxury spa services typically found in larger cities to the Spearfish community.

Her approach is simple: provide thoughtful, personalized treatments using clean, carefully selected products so every guest leaves feeling better than when they arrived.
